Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in cleaning, construction, or maintenance positions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Highly motivated, able to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Hours vary throughout the year.
• Sanitize, clean, empty trash and other general housekeeping duties.
• Possible snow removal duties.
• Attend meetings and training as directed.
• Present and communicate in a professional manner.
• Work additional hours or overtime as directed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
