Summary

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years or more of custodial experience
• Speak, read and write in English
• Comprehend graphic/oral instructions in English

Requirements Prior To Start Date

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Post-offer/pre-employment physical examination and 50 lb lift test.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Valid AZ Driver's License
• Must hold a current Driver's license and personal vehicle insurance coverage greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
• Mandatory TUSD New-Hire Custodial Training

Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Location: Various

Classification: Blue Collar

FTE: 1.0-8 hours per day

Work Calendar: 12 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
