Job summary

American Facility Services Inc. seeks a part-time evening janitor in Austin, TX. The role covers cleaning of general offices, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms and related areas, with attention to corners, glass, and fixtures.

You will follow dress code, report on time, wear ID, and uphold company policies while representing the organization professionally. duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting restrooms and kitchens, and ensuring building security before you leave.

Responsibilities

• Areas serviced include general offices, private offices, lobbies, lounges, kitchen/break rooms, coffee areas, washrooms and restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors across hard surfaces and carpets; dust and wipe surfaces as described.
• Restrooms and kitchens cleaned and disinfected; mirrors, fixtures and dispensers sanitized.
• Dust desks, filing cabinets, and office furniture; windowsills and glass surfaces cleaned.
• Ensure security by checking locks and alarm before leaving; use minimal lighting when possible.
