Job Description

Brewster-Pierce Memorial School is seeking an affable, energetic, and committed individual to work as a second‑shift custodian. The person in this position will be responsible for keeping the building clean and in an orderly condition. Cleaning includes daily cleaning of classrooms and common areas, as well as mopping, waxing, and buffing floors. It also includes periodic upkeep of school grounds. Some minor maintenance activities may be required, and the employee will notify the supervisor of needed repairs. The individual will also monitor and support evening building use. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Custodian and other staff to maintain all aspects of building cleanliness and safety are essential.

This position is 4 hours a day, Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm–6:30 pm. Hours may vary during school vacations and summer vacation.
