Job summary

Pfefferle Management is seeking a dependable custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization of our commercial facilities in Appleton, WI. The role is second shift, part-time, 18–25 hours per week, requiring a High School Diploma or GED and basic custodial experience.

You will perform general cleaning tasks, drive between assigned buildings, manage cleaning supplies, restock essentials, report maintenance issues, ensure OSHA safety protocols, and assist with timecard approvals at the end of

• Report maintenance issues in the buildings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance by enforcing safety protocols.
• Approve timecard every end of pay period.
