Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Appleton, WI is seeking dependable part-time cleaners to service the Appleton, Neenah and Menasha locations after 5pm.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, attend to facilities with provided supplies, and coordinate with supervisors when supplies are needed.

On-the-job training is provided; reliable transportation and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• On-the-job training provided for those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible and able to work at a fast pace in a multitask environment.
• Able to read and follow safety guidelines and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning closet and inform supervisor when supplies are needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
