Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking dependable part-time cleaners for Appleton, Neenah and Menasha areas after 5pm. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations.

On-the-job training provided; prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required. We offer a flexible schedule and welcome candidates who can work independently, with strong attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include standing and walking for long periods and ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Able to read and follow safety guidelines and PPE.
• Flexible, able to work at a fast pace, and punctual.
• Travel to multiple locations as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting.
• Maintain clean and organized cleaning closet and inform supervisor when supplies are needed.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
• Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time
• Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting etc.
• Maintaining a clean and organized cleaning closet and communicating with supervisor when supplies are needed.
