Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. This position is located at the Monticello Middle School with the hours of 3:0️ pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday

The Duties Of Our Custodial Staff Will Include

General cleaning and maintenance striving to keep facilities and grounds in good repair.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Essential Skills Required

• Considerable ability to follow oral and written instruction, to complete daily activities according to work schedule
• Prioritize work and perform duties independently
• Driven to meet needs with a positive attitude and in a timely manner

Hourly Pay Range

$21.05 - $26.93 per the current Custodial Master Agreement 2025-2027

Overtime Eligibility

All positions within the Custodial & Maintenance unit are eligible to elect and/or be delegated intermittent overtime assignments.

Selection Procedure

An Internal Custodial Union meeting will be held on Monday September 21st.
