Custodial/Light Maintenance Personnel

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time position: three days a week.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Cleaning pools, pool decks/area, pool furniture
• Maintaining clay tennis court
• Maintaining pickle ball court
• Maintaining gym and clubhouse
• Maintaining grounds
• Custodial duties (i.e., cleaning bathrooms, mopping, pressure washing, etc.)
• Light maintenance (pressure washing, painting)
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Weekends required
• Must passbackground check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
