Job description

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. The shift includes weekend work. This is a full-time, forty hour/week position with benefits including medical, vision, dental and supplemental insurance, as well as vacation, sick and Holiday pay. Some weekend work will be required.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Reporting of progress for projects and updates to manager(s)
• Responsible for Pool and all reporting for DHEC

• Must have or be willing to obtain CPO certification
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
