GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, 2nd shift role offers 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The position is based in Muir, MI, and requires leadership of a custodial team along with adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The Lead will execute cleaning tasks, supervise crew performance, and ensure nightly perimeter checks while maintaining open communication with site administration and GRBS leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening including THC.

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

LEAD Core Responsibilities:
