GRBS Inc. in Lyons, MI is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools on a full-time 2nd shift, $16/hour. The role includes leading a cleaning team and ensuring the building is maintained to GRBS standards.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm or 3:30pm–12am, totaling 40 hours weekly. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening, be 18+, have valid ID, and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening that includes testing for THC.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have valid identification.
• Full-time Lead custodian availability: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with 3pm–11:30pm or 3:30pm–12am schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash) as assigned.
