Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Ionia, MI, is hiring a Lead Custodian for a full-time evening shift. You will cover Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, working 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, totaling 40 hours per week.

The role emphasizes leading a cleaning team, following GRBS procedures, and ensuring a clean, safe building. The position requires reliable transportation daily and a strong customer-service mindset.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time LEAD custodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$16.00/hour

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
