Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring a full-time LEAD custodian for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. The schedule is Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00–11:30pm or 3:30–12:00am, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will lead a cleaning team, perform 360 communications, ensure building integrity, and complete nightly perimeter checks using GRBS tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Candidates must meet Michigan Public School requirements and have dependable transportation to and from work.

• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.

We have the following full-time LEAD custodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday

Pay Rate:

$16.00/hour
