Qualifications

• Prior custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces including floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other restroom essentials.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with light facility maintenance tasks as needed.
