Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Custodian/Janitor to keep buildings clean and orderly. You will perform light to heavy cleaning such as floors, windows, trash removal, and vacuuming in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires attention to safety and procedures for cleaners, ability to multitask, and a High School Diploma or GED. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour and offers full-time hours on-site in Kentucky.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs and office space.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Clean debris from sidewalk.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.

Pay Range
