Job summary

Stark Aerospace Inc. is seeking a full-time custodial professional to clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas at our Mississippi facility.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions independently. Responsibilities include floor care, waste disposal, surface cleaning, restocking supplies, reporting safety hazards, and performing light maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain tools.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
