Job summary

Cox Automotive in Manheim, PA is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain cleanliness of our facilities. The role involves routine custodial tasks, interior and exterior upkeep, and adherence to safety policies to support a professional environment.

You will work independently, manage schedules, and coordinate with Facilities management to ensure reliable services. Prior custodial or groundskeeping experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required for site moves.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Effectively communicate and interact with staff, management and customers.
• Efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
• Medium strength. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
