The Custodian II plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of Commerce City buildings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. In addition to custodial duties, this position may serve as a lead in the field when the supervisor is unavailable, providing guidance and support to the team.

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 annually.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum one-year custodial experience and/or light maintenance, and one year of experience as a lead in custodial work or a related field.
• Any combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be CJIS certified or have the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
