Job summary

• Empty trash containers and sweep/wet mop floors; move furniture up to 50lbs; report repairs; snow/ice removal.

This is a bargained-for (AFSCME) position.This position requires working in air conditioned and non-air conditioned spaces.## Responsibilities\\** Clean assigned work areas including restrooms, grounds, and public areas. Areas to be cleaned may be located high off the floor, close to ground, and around immovable objects.* Operate custodial equipment including, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, floor scrubbers, and power washers.* Spot wash walls, doors, windows, and mirrors. This includes areas that are located high off the floor and close to the ground.* Dust light fixtures, vents, vertical surfaces, and wash windows.
