Washington State Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a Custodian 1 for Lakeland Village in Medical Lake. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking supplies to support a safe living environment for residents with developmental disabilities.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with state holidays off. Evening/night shifts offer a differential, and on-site work may include an additional premium pay. A background check will be conducted for new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be age 18 or older.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred for this position.
• Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history may be conducted.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, top scrub, and polish floors.
• Clean and disinfect walls, doors, counters, ledges, furniture, and equipment.
• Wash windows and glass, and vacuum carpet and carpet runners.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, tubs, and shower rooms, including toilets and sinks.
• Keep dispensers stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and air freshener.
• Empty trash containers, and clean and wash porch areas.
• Remove snow when necessary.
