Job summary

Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care at our Lakeshore community in Renton/South Seattle, WA. The role belongs to the Housekeeping team and includes cleaning, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas and floors.

Shifts are scheduled Saturday to Monday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with compensation of $20.82 per hour and a benefits package including a 401(k) match and vacation accrual. Previous custodian experience is preferred and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of floor care, finishing and cleaning in a care environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability for housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions and floor care for common areas and floors.
• Clean, wash, polish, sanitize and disinfect assigned spaces as required.

$20.82 per hour | Free Meals! Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located in our Lakeshore community in Renton/South Seattle, WA. We take great pride in providing superior housekeeping services that make our residents’ lives better. We hope you’ll join us in providing this excellent service! Available shifts will be scheduled Saturday - Monday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role performs day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping functions in a health care institution
• Knowledge of floor care, finishing, and cleaning
• Skill in use and care of floor maintenance equipment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS check, required

Education and Experience:

• Previous custodian experience, preferred
