Starting at $39,060 annually ($3,255/month or $18.78/hour). Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

On-Site
The Facilities Services Department at UCCS seeks a motivated individual for the Custodian I position. Responsibilities include cleaning and supporting UCCS buildings, which encompass academic, non-academic, and administrative spaces. This includes offices, classrooms, labs, restrooms, health and recreation spaces, residence halls, and public areas. Support for campus events is also required. Funding depends on auxiliary revenue availability.
