The Custodian I plays a vital role in keeping Commerce City’s buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors. This position ensures facilities are well-maintained, functional, and presentable, contributing to a positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Salary and Benefits

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. The hiring range is $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 annually.

• Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, minimum one-year custodial experience and/or light maintenance and customer service, or any combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid driver’s license and CJIS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
