1LT Charles W. Whitcomb School (Middle School)

EVENING SHIFT: School Year Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00PM

Training Period Hours (4-6 weeks): Monday-Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM

Summer and School Break Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM

Occasional weekend hours in the summer

Work Year: 2026-2027

This is a year-round position.

Salary: According to the Custodial Salary Scale

FY27 Starting Salary: $50,158.00 plus nightly differential of7% and an increase after 6 consecutive months of service

Job Responsibilities

The Building Custodian is generally responsible for the achievement of the purposes of custodian services in the building, i.e., preserve property values, protect health and safety of occupants; support the educational objectives of the building and provide a climate of learning, develop goodwill and maintain cleanliness and neatness
