Job summary

Multifamily NW in Troutdale, OR is seeking a Grounds Keeping and Custodial team member. The role covers outdoor grounds upkeep and interior janitorial tasks across the center, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements include a High school diploma or GED, ability to read and write English, and at least six months of related experience (transportation/building maintenance). A valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to operate power tools are preferred.

• Attends required staff training sessions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
