Job summary

Northampton Community College in the United States is seeking part-time Custodian/Grounds staff to perform a range of custodial and grounds duties across college properties. The role requires attention to building exterior and interior care as well as surrounding grounds.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping experience; custodial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must possess a validated driver's license.
• Three (3) years' experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping for Grounds positions.
• Custodial experience preferred.

Custodian/Grounds

Pay rates starting at $16+/hour!

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent required. Must possess a validated driver's license. Three (3) years' experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping for Grounds positions. Custodial experience preferred.

Special Instructions

The number of part‑time Custodian/Grounds positions hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department and the College. Please understand that there may not presently be a Custodian/Grounds position available at the time of your application. When an opening becomes available, the hiring manager will look to this pool of candidates for consideration.
