Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking part-time Hospitality Instructors for classroom and on-site training in Hospitality, Meeting & Event Planning, and Guest Service. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in their instruction fields and have some teaching experience if possible.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling with potential evening and weekend shifts. Applicants can apply for future openings and will be contacted if their qualifications meet the needs of the college when a position becomes available.

Summary:

Seeking part-time instructors for classroom and on-site training in the following areas: Hospitality (Food & Beverage Management); Meeting & Event Planning; Guest Service which will cover the essentials of enhancing and understanding guest expectations.

Must be organized and demonstrate the ability to follow through on details. These positions require flexible work schedules with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

Expertise in the field of instruction is required. Some teaching experience is preferred.
