Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and tenants.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, and public areas throughout the day.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned interior and exterior areas.
• Empty waste containers and replace liners in designated locations.
• Clean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Perform light maintenance and general repair work as assigned.
• Replenish restroom supplies and report inventory needs.
• Support event setup, cleanup, and other facilities-related tasks.
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service to guests and residents.

Location: On-Site - Must currently reside on O ʻ ahu and be available for in-person interviews and immediate hire.

Schedule: Full-Time; open availability including weekends and holidays is required. Option for 4-10hr or 5-8hr shifts per week.

• May work around cleaning chemicals, high-traffic guest areas, and uneven surfaces
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks daily
