Job summary

Parkshore - a Transforming Age community in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Custodian to join our team. The role involves maintaining clean common areas, following safety protocols, and assisting residents as needed. Qualifications

• Friendly customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
• First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
• Completion of a background check. May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
• Works carefully, following SDS, safety, and related regulations.
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment, and prepare work site before beginning task.
• Keep common areas clean and orderly.
• Report and respond to resident requests, and respond to any emergencies.
• Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
