Garten Services is seeking a full-time Custodian Driver in Eugene, OR. This position involves performing custodial duties while serving as the primary driver for assigned teams. Candidates should have experience with custodial work and safe driving procedures.

Shift: Swing
Performs custodial duties to fulfill custodial services contract requirements according to customer specifications. Performs all tasks in a safe manner and meets Garten quality standards. Must be open to learning and may work independently or in cooperation with a team. Even when working independently, Garten is a team environment.
Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operates from established and well-known procedures. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints but may occasionally require independent decision making. Mistakes/errors may cause complaints from customers which could result in customer dissatisfaction up to the point of contract cancellation and could have negative public relations and financial impact.
This position is not supervisory in nature.
Has both internal and external contacts. The most common internal contacts are with own department staff and supervisor. The most frequent external contacts are with customers. Interactions involve information exchange, with at least 20% of all contacts being external customers and 80% internal or non‑customers. Contacts are often made at the employee's own initiative and are typically face‑to‑face.
A minimum of 1–6 months experience/training in general custodial service. A minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.
This position requires the incumbent to work in an environment where there may be exposure to fumes, noise, poor lighting, poor ventilation, dirt, dust, chemicals, odors, building temperature fluctuations, and biohazards. Other working conditions may include working alone, on‑call status, shift work, disagreeable contacts (aggressive/agitated individuals), frequent interruptions, and the possibility of attending meetings outside of regular shift.
