Job summary

Cascade Manor in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members across our life plan community. You will perform routine cleaning, set up meeting rooms, operate custodial equipment, and handle carpet and floor care, following safety procedures and responding to emergencies.

This full-time role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm PST, competitive pay, health benefits, PTO,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Located in the heart of Eugene, Oregon, Cascade Manor is a vibrant not-for-profit Life Plan Community offering residents an engaging lifestyle and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
