Job Overview

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian/CSR to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through custodial and customer service duties. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, work well with others, understand and follow instructions, and be able to communicate effectively. Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
• Handle surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning windows and mirrors
• Manage waste removal and recycling
• Assist with light maintenance tasks like replacing bulbs and restocking supplies
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Respond to supervision and use proper PPE
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Transport equipment and clean common areas as needed
• Support janitorial staff with additional cleaning tasks and restocking

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math
• Valid driver’s license if driving
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Additional Details

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
