Job Description:

Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance. Note: Must be willing and able to obtain a Polygraph.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform custodial duties including vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.
2. Empty waste containers and deliver collected refuse to the loading dock.
3. Perform restroom cleaning and checks, clean water fountains, and maintain fitness centers, showers, and locker rooms.
4. Clean freight and passenger elevators, furniture, fixtures, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
5. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; shampoo carpets; strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
6. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners.
7. Police grounds and empty waste containers; assist in special events setups.
8. Monitor building for maintenance, safety, and security issues, reporting violations as necessary.
9. Maintain custodial equipment in a clean and safe condition; report shortages and equipment failures.
10. Perform other related work as assigned.
