Key Responsibilities

• Learn and Assist Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
• Customer Engagement Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
• Problem Solving Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
