Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a dedicated custodian/janitor to perform a wide range of cleaning duties across our facilities in Warrenton, VA. The role focuses on floor care, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and safety consciousness are required.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (1) year*; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to managements, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping and scrubbing floors
• Empty waste containers; clean water fountains; restrooms and locker rooms
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
• Monitors building for maintenance, safety, and security issues and report violations
