Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments across our residential and commercial properties in Indiana. You’ll perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and support daily operations while traveling between properties within the portfolio.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of custodial experience are preferred, along with reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, proper usage, and storage.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; travel between properties as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas: restrooms, offices, vacant units, hallways, laundry rooms, common areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Restock restroom and common area supplies (toilet paper, towels, soap).
• Support seasonal cleaning or special event preparation as assigned.
• Complete other custodial tasks or projects as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to the team.
