Bradley Company is seeking a dependable Custodian to keep our properties clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. This role covers cleaning across common areas, offices, and residential units, with a regular Mon–Fri schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safe storage practices.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Clean and maintain assigned areas including restrooms, offices, vacant units, and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory for restrooms and common areas.
