Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning and building services in public and work space areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces in public areas.
• Strip, refinish, wax, burnish, buff floors, and clean carpets as required by contract.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Perform emergency cleaning and attend required meetings.
