Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia is seeking a Custodian to perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas, including executive and command areas, Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm at the Washington DC NW location.

This full-time, on-site role requires adherence to contract specifications, safety procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Benefits include a medical plan, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instruction and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas in accordance with contract specifications.
• Disinfect restrooms and clean surfaces in public areas.
• Move and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Attend required meetings and training; comply with security procedures.
