Maintenance/Custodian Assistant - Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility while assisting with general building maintenance and upkeep. This position is responsible for cleaning restrooms, lunchrooms, shop floors, and common areas, performing basic maintenance and repairs, assisting with preventative maintenance, maintaining the grounds, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with day-to-day facility needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
