Job summary

Snelling Staffing of Canton is hiring a Maintenance Custodian Assistant for the 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with weekly pay.

The role involves cleaning restrooms, lunchrooms, shop floors and common areas, plus light maintenance and basic repairs as needed. You will assist with equipment movement and grounds upkeep, using cleaning tools safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic maintenance and custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and basic hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash, restock supplies and maintain cleanliness.
