The University of Notre Dame is seeking a Custodian to join the 4 a.m. shift (Wednesday–Sunday). You will help keep academic, residential, athletic, and administrative facilities clean, safe, and welcoming, directly supporting campus operations and the Notre Dame mission.
Responsibilities include restroom and shower care, general cleaning, floor care, waste removal, and event support. Strong communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, and safety awareness are required.

The Custodial team is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming campus for the entire Notre Dame community. As a Custodian on the 4 a.m. shift (Wednesday-Sunday), you’ll help ensure that our academic, residential, athletic, administrative, and other facilities are well maintained and ready to support the University’s mission each day. Your work makes a direct impact on the experience of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
