Position Details

• Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30PM-2:00AM
• Pay: $17.25/hr.
• Plus $1.00 shift differential starting at 7PM (after 90 days of employment)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout our freezer and warehouse facilities, following all regulatory and safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize freezer areas, warehouse floors, stairways, hallways, breakrooms, and office spaces.
• Remove ice buildup, debris, and damaged pallets from freezer zones.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all areas, including cold storage.
• Ensure grounds are clean and free of trash or debris.
• Perform general upkeep and basic maintenance, emphasizing freezer environments.
• Maintain cleaning materials and equipment, conducting inventory checks as needed.

Additional Duties

• Operate floor cleaning equipment, pallet jacks, and other machinery as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C with PPE and freezer gear.
• Operate cleaning equipment and basic warehouse tools.
• Lift at least 20 lbs./9 kg; heavier lifting may be required.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow instructions in the official language.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Work in environments with varying noise levels.
