Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Custodian to join the Maintenance team at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and efficient industrial work environment across production areas, warehouses, and offices.

Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, waste disposal, minor repairs and CMMS logging. Competitive pay with overtime and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience cleaning in an industrial environment.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable for AMSOIL vehicles.
• Ability to work in a team and be self-directed.
• High attention to detail and quality work.
• Ability to stand and walk, and lift repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in all areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Wash windows and walls as needed; dust furniture and vents.
• Restock consumables and manage waste per AMSOIL standards.
• Operate floor sweepers, scrubbers and forklift as required.
• Follow OSHA and AMSOIL safety guidelines.
• Report spills or hazards immediately.
• Perform minor repairs like changing bulbs and painting.
• Maintain logs in CMMS Limble and monitor supplies.

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Custodian to join the Maintenance team at the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused team member who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized and efficient industrial work environment.

Why this role matters:

As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Custodian helps maintain cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency across production areas, warehouses, offices and shared spaces.

Scheduled hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What you will own:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and scrub floors in production areas, warehouses, offices and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Wash windows, walls and other surfaces as needed.
• Dust furniture, HVAC vents and other surfaces as needed.
• Keep break rooms and restrooms stocked with consumables.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables and industrial waste according to AMSOIL standards.
• Operate drivable floor sweepers, floor scrubbers and forklift equipment as required.
• Follow OSHA and AMSOIL safety guidelines.
• Report spills, leaks or safety hazards immediately.
• Perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Maintain logs of cleaning activities and safety checks within the CMMS system, Limble.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience cleaning in an industrial environment.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Forklift certification preferred; training is provided on the job.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to be insurable for AMSOIL INC. vehicles.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction.
• High attention to detail and a desire to produce quality work.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and repetitively lift for long periods of time.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (or Canada if applicable) without current or future employer sponsorship.
