Job summary

• Reports resident complaints and incidents, collaborating with Custodian Supervisor A to ensure all complaints and incidents are properly handled.
• Safety: maintain a safe, clean and effective workenvironment for residents and employees.

Job Duties:

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational

Career Progression:This position may be filled as a Custodian 1, 2, or 3 depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.

Compensation: This position is eligible for an additional Premium Pay of $3.00/HR for hours worked only.

Work Schedule:Hours are from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. to include some weekends and holidays.
