Minimum Qualifications

Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of any GED preferred. Basic experience, skills, and training with cleaning, floor and restroom care, and equipment maintenance preferred. Willingness to learn through off-duty study and trade courses. Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 35 pounds. Must work in various conditions, follow instructions, work well with others, and perform duties as assigned.

Maintain a safe, functional, and attractive environment through cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Follow directions from supervisors.
2. Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties.
3. Clean surfaces and floors using appropriate equipment.
4. Climb and clean multi-level areas; operate small equipment and tools.
5. Maintain supplies and equipment, restock as needed.
6. Follow safety procedures and handle chemicals properly.
7. Arrange furnishings for meetings and events, move furniture as needed.
8. Respond to safety concerns promptly.
9. Maintain confidentiality and act professionally.
10. Participate in training and maintain security of keys and equipment.
11. Adhere to work schedules and policies.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
