Job summary

Tresco, Inc. in White Sands, NM is seeking a Custodian (Full-Time) at $17.75 per hour. Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. You will perform janitorial duties to keep restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, and common areas clean and safe.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a background check with post-offer drug screening. Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of janitorial and custodial duties, including:

• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Interior and exterior window cleaning

• Removing office trash and maintaining cleanliness
• Floor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping
• Disinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

Previous Experience In Custodial/janitorial Services Preferred

• Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid driver's license or Identification Card required

Other Requirements

• Background check and Background Clearance, and post-offer drug screening required
