Tresco, Inc. is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces in Lordsburg, NM. This part-time role offers a pay rate of $15.50 per hour with a schedule on Tuesdays and Fridays, 4 hours per service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
• Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy.
• Valid driver's license or identification card required.
• Background check and post-offer drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Interior and exterior window cleaning.
• High and spot dusting.
• Remove office trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Floor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping.
• Disinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures.
• Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
