Job summary

Tresco Inc. in Artesia, NM is seeking a part-time custodian to clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and offices. You will handle trash, restock supplies, and assist the public, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. Training provided; bilingual helpful; NACI clearance eligible for federal positions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred; well-trained candidates considered.
• License: Valid driver's license required.
• Background: Must pass background check and driving record check.
• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an NACI clearance (federal positions).

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed.
• Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and sanitize surfaces.
• Notify maintenance of any repair needs.
• Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed.
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care.
